What is a gimlet?
A drink with a double soul. Rich in aromas and scents, this recipe adds a third spicy and “green” element: our Ancho Reyes Verde.
1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Bulldog Gin
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
½ part Rich Simple Syrup
1 Cucumber Slice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake hard to chill and dilute.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass and garnish with a thinly sliced cucumber wheel.
